REFUNDS AND/OR RETURNS: complete guaranteed satisfaction

Our purpose is to assure the client is totally satisfied with their purchase.  If for whatever reason the client is not satisfied with the acquired product, the client will be able to return the product within seven (7) days, counting from the date when the client received the product from MOE.

Claims made past this deadline will not be accepted.

In order to proceed with the product return, the client will send an email to: devoluciones@sombrerosmoe.com indicating the order information or invoice number.  The client is strongly urged to send the invoice received by MOE through email in order to speed up the procedure.

In countries that MOE is present in, other than Spain, the maximum seven (7) day period in which to make the return is understood as the time frame to contact MOE, and communicate the intent to return the product, by email at: moe@sombrerosmoe.com

In order to exercise the client’s right to return products, the products must meet the following requirements:
a) The products will have not been used, washed or damaged.
b) They will have their original tag or label.
c) They will be returned with their original wrapping.

As long as the client respects all these requirements, MOE will reimburse the total amount of the purchased products. The order’s original shipping costs that the client received will not be reimbursed.  The client will pay for the return shipping costs..
