The following conditions regulate the sale of the products presented in the web page:  between the limited company HATISFIED, S.L. (from hereon MOE), C/ Luchana, 6. 5D, 28010 Madrid, inscribed in Madrid’s Mercantile Registry in Volume  26.100, Page 142, Section 8, Leaf M-470476, First Inscription and with C.I.F.B85541944. and on the other hand, the natural or artificial person that makes the purchase through the web page:  from hereon referred to as “Client”.


All the contents of the web site are MOE’s exclusive worldwide property including, without limitation, reproduction of articles, graphic design, logos, images, texts, illustrations, photographs, brands and other distinctive signs, in any of the used or usable programming languages, as well as any software and development of the web site.  The reproduction, distribution, public communication made available to the public, transformation, cession or any other action or method of exploitation in any form online or offline that has not been expressly authorized by the holder’s exploitation rights, is specifically forbidden.

MOE will not grant any type of licence or authorization on its intellectual or industrial property or any other type of property or rights related to the web page, and the services and products offered.

With regards to data or content supplied by the user to the web site at , the user grants MOE the nonexclusive right, exempt from royalties and/or intellectual property rights, indefinitely, irrevocably and totally transferable to third parties to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create services derived from, distribution and to exhibit mentioned reviews and comments worldwide and through any type of media.  Also, it will grant MOE and its licensed parties the right to use the name accompanying mentioned review or comment, if any, in relation to mentioned review or comment.

Every brand and product name that appears on the web site is trademark and property of MOE.


When using the web site, the user will have to comply with the present conditions and warnings or special instructions of access or use which may be indicated at the time.  Also, the user must act at all times legally, morally, with public order and manners, as well as in good faith, with the diligence corresponding to the nature of the Web Sites contents or services.

The user will abstain from using the web site with illicit, forbidden ends, or any that are prejudicial to third parties or that may, in any way, damage, disable or overcharge, deteriorate or impede the normal running of the web site.  The Web Site is directed at consumers and final users.  Therefore, any advertising, promotional activities or commercial exploitation through the web site is forbidden, as well as use of its contents or the information obtained from it to be resent as advertising, direct sale messages or to any other commercial end.  The user may not change or modify its contents or services that appear on the web site nor damage, in any way, its integrity.

Should the user send any type of information to the Web Site (except for publicity, which is forbidden), the user will guarantee the necessary rights to do so.  If so, the user will therefore be responsible and MOE will not be liable for the content and diffusion of said information, including by way of information, its accuracy, legality, originality and entitlement.  The user also exclusively and entirely cedes any intellectual or industrial property right they may hold on the previous information to MOE.

The products offered are distributed to every country listed under Countries where MOE is Present.

All parties are aware that the products presented on the web site may not be available when placing the order.


Each product includes the following information:

MOE has made an effort to show the garments’ colours as accurately as possible.  However, the colour of the garments may be subject to variation depending on the quality of the user’s computer screen. In this sense, MOE cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the user’s screen are accurate.

The special offers, sales or discounts are valid up until the shown date or while supplies last.


In order to make a purchase at every user must previously register and will then acquire the condition of Client; our purpose is to process the client’s request as easily and quickly as possible for future purchases.  By communicating the client’s personal data, the client will have opened an account with MOE, this way if at a future date the client wishes to make another purchase, MOE will already have the client’s information.

The user may register by accessing the ‘Register’ section and introducing their personal data.

Once registered, the purchasing procedure goes as follows:

a) The articles the client wishes to buy must be chosen and added to the shopping basket by clicking the corresponding icon (‘Add to basket’).

b) The shopping basket will include the reference of the chosen article, its name, size and the price (including taxes).
ATTENTION:  The posted price does not include transport fees which may accrue since fees vary depending on the country of destination (see fees per country).

c) The purchase form will ask for personal and invoicing data, as well as shipment information that will be added to our database with the purpose of processing the request and facilitating the request for new purchases at:

The client will also have a private area called ‘My Account’ where they will be able to see and modify their personal data, access a shopping history and access a requested orders locator.  The client is reminded that the personal data should be accurate in order to avoid misunderstandings or incidents relating to the transport of purchased article(s).

d) Once the purchase form has been filled out, and before submitting it, a summary identifying the purchased article(s), total price (transport and taxes included) and the shipment information will be shown.  The purchase order will have to be confirmed by clicking on “Confirm purchase”.

e) Purchases will be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard y American Express), Payments made with credit or debit cards will be made online, that is, in real time, by means of  the payment method provided by the corresponding bank, once the information received is verified.  (See Form of Payment and Security).

f) Purchases will be able to be carried out via the Pay Pal system; the payment will be done online, that is, in real time, by means of the payment method provided by Pay Pal, once the information received has been verified.

f) Once the transaction is confirmed, the purchase number will be communicated to the client through the web page in order for the client to be able to follow up at any time.

g) Likewise, an email with the description of the order and the supplied personal information will be sent.  If the client does not receive this message it may be due to a temporary problem with the network or an error when entering the email address.  In both cases, the client is advised to contact Customer Service.

Purchases can be paid for by means of a bank transfer or cash on delivery, if the Client prefers any of these options; they should communicate the purchase by email to MOE at:


The prices on this web page are shown in EUROS.  Every purchase, regardless of origin, will be paid for in euros.

The User will always know the price and characteristics of the articles offered before their purchase, these are detailed and determined on this web site.

The prices in EUROS include taxes legally applied to the purchases made according to the country or region where the delivery is to be made.

In some regions or communities in Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) other taxes and pertinent expenses (customs, taxes derived from their special fiscal status, etc) may need to be paid when entering the region or community of destination.  These payments and taxes must be paid at destination by the receiver of the merchandise.

In non EU countries other pertinent fees may have to be paid (customs and importation tax administrative fees) the moment the merchandise enters the destination country.  These expenses and taxes must be paid by the receiver of the merchandise.


With the purpose of giving maximum security when making a payment, MOE uses “secure payment” systems from top financial institutions in e-commerce.  This way the payments confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.

For payments with Visa, MasterCard y American Express cards or Pay Pal system, MOE only accepts SEC (Secure E-Commerce) with international protocol 3D Secure which is distinguished by the distinctive Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The Secure E-Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions.
When making a payment by means of the secure payment method, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated by Secure E-Commerce.  Following this, it will connect with the issuing bank which will then request authorization by means of a personal authentication code.  The operation will only go through if the card’s issuing bank confirms the authentication code.  Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As a complementary measure to the “Secure Payment” system and for the purpose of collaborating in fraud prevention through internet, MOE reserves its right to verify personal data supplied by the client and take the measures it sees fit (including cancelling the purchase) so that the purchased merchandise be delivered in agreement with the data shown on the purchase form.


The transportation of acquired articles will be through the company shown on the purchase confirmation that the client will receive upon purchase.

In order to avoid delivery incidents (incorrect addresses, the impossibility of finding someone at home, etc.), it is absolutely necessary to fill out the corresponding form correctly and it is strongly advised to fill out the box relating to a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile telephone.

If the client receives the package with any type of damage or defect, the client should indicate this on the delivery note supplied by the transportation company.  The client can reject the package if the damage is obvious.

The price of transportation is calculated depending on the destination region and the garments acquired.  The exact price of transportation will be calculated by including each article in the shopping basket and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase, before the purchase confirmation through “Confirm Purchase” and before the credit or debit card information is entered.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have additional reception costs due to customs procedures derived from their special fiscal status.

Deliveries to countries other than Spain may have their own additional reception costs due to customs procedures derived from the legislation of each country, as well as in determined countries added transportation costs.  If the client places an order from a country other than Spain, the client is urged to contact MOE in order to be informed of the exact conditions.


If the return were not to be accepted due to disagreement with the conditions previously mentioned, MOE would contact the client.

If MOE sends a different product from the one chosen by accident or the quality of the article sent is not adequate, the client is urged to contact MOE for a refund and/or exchange.  The return of the product to MOE, in this case, would be coordinated from MOE, once MOE has been informed of the error or defect so MOE will take on the corresponding shipping costs (coming and going).

The reimbursement of the products in the considered circumstances will take place in a period equal to or less than 30 days after the reception of the products by SOMBREROS MOE.  The form of reimbursement will be made according to the client’s choice, which should be indicated on the return form.

As long as the client respects all these requirements, MOE will reimburse the total amount of the purchase including the original shipping costs when the client originally placed the order and the return costs.

If the client’s return were not to be accepted due to the client’s disagreement with the mentioned requirements, MOE will contact the client.

The return of the product to MOE, in this case, would be coordinated from MOE, once MOE has been informed of the error or defect.  This way MOE will take on the corresponding shipping costs (coming and going).

The reimbursement of the products in the considered circumstances will take place in a period equal to or less than 10 days after the reception of the products by MOE.  The reimbursement will be made according to the client’s choice which should be indicated in their email.

Every product sold on is provided with a tag.  MOE suggests that the client try the product on without removing the tag.  If the products are returned without the tags, they will not be accepted.


The filing of executed transactions is carried out on a reliable and durable support installed in MOE’s server.


At clients are able to shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week, all year long.

The present purchasing conditions are subject to Spanish legislation, therefore, sales transactions are carried out at MOE’s address.  In case of a lawsuit between parties signing this contract, the competent jurisdiction will be the one corresponding to each case.
